Q: How do you deliver contract agreements ?
A: Usually an agreement in Word/PDF format with digital/scanned signatures of both parties will suffice. After signing the agreement, each party can send it to the other party by e-mail. Alternatively, documents could be also signed by hand and then be faxed or sent either by courier such as FedEx,EMS,etc.
Q: How do you treat confidentiality regarding client software development ?
A: Under an NDA, we are not permitted to give any information about our clients or their projects. We may seek the client's permission for voluntarily placing a testimonial or reference on our website.
Q: What is your non-disclosure policy ?
A: We are ready to sign an NDA you offer. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can also offer an NDA.

A: We are flexible in terms of payment structures and can

You will have the ability to monitor the development of the project as it progresses, through constant email/file updates, as well as over the phone, and as viewed on our online servers if applicable.
